We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within our primary European fulfillment zones. No minimum purchase required.
1. Order Processing Time
All ODONA products are crafted uniquely upon order to ensure maximum quality and sustainability. Production and processing time typically takes 5–7 business days from the date the order is placed.

If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected supply chain delays, processing times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will contact you immediately via email to provide an updated timeline.
2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are realistic windows provided by our logistics network. Deliveries to remote areas or during seasonal peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) may require an additional 1–2 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your official tracking number(s). The tracking link will become fully active and scannable within 24 hours of notification.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because our products are printed, packed, and distributed locally from state-of-the-art facilities inside the European Union (EU), customers in Germany, the Netherlands, France, and Austria will NOT incur any customs duties or unexpected import fees. The price you see at checkout is 100% final.
5. Damages & Lost Shipments
Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority. Every package shipped carries full premium transport insurance:

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, or if a package is officially declared lost by the carrier, ODONA will issue a brand-new replacement product absolutely free of charge.
