Return & Refund Policy

At ODONA, we take great pride in our design craftsmanship and the premium quality of our products. Because every item in our store is custom-printed and uniquely manufactured upon your order through our print-on-demand network, we handle returns and refunds with specific guidelines to ensure a fair and premium service.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will issue a full refund or send a brand-new replacement completely free of charge. You do not need to ship the item back to us.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If there is an issue with your product, please report the problem within 30 days of receiving your item by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to our support team at: support@odonabrand.com

  2. Include your official Order Number.

  3. Attach clear, high-resolution photographs showing the defect, printing mistake, or damaged area, along with a picture of the delivery packaging.

Once verified, we will immediately initiate a replacement production or process a 100% refund to your original payment method.


2. Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse

Because each garment and case is custom-made specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not keep warehouse stock for exchanges. Consequently, we cannot offer free returns, credits, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer. Please carefully consult our precise Size Chart on each product page before finalizing your order.

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after the order has entered production.


3. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Due to the fully automated nature of our print-on-demand system, orders are transmitted to the manufacturing facility almost instantly.

  • You may request modifications or a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order moves into the "In Production" or "Shipped" status, it can no longer be edited, cancelled, or refunded.


4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment card or gateway (such as Tap Payments).

  • An automated email notification will be sent to you as soon as the credit is issued from our end.

  • Please note that it can take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to officially reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.


5. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

If a package cannot be delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided during checkout, or if the shipment remains unclaimed at the local courier depot, the package will be returned to the printing facility and securely recycled.

  • ODONA cannot be held responsible for address mistakes made by the buyer.

  • A reshipment fee will apply if you wish to have the order printed and delivered again to a corrected address.
